Sea Cliff Manor is a Magnificent Luxury Villa that resides on a half acre of stunning topical landscape, Majestic, palm trees and Lush tropical vegetation that surrounds your own private villa right on the Caribbean Sea. This Grand Villa sports two living areas with Majestic Marble Floors though out the entire Manor. It has a formal dining, casual dining, and a huge terrace dining area overlooking the Azul Sea. Master Suite has a King size bed, a terrace with an unforgettable Romantic Ocean Sunset View. Master Bath has a large Jacuzzi. Shower for two, and a walk in closet. The second Master Suite overlooks the pool area, and has an En Suite Bath, with walk in closet. Has a scenic view of the Pool. The other two bedrooms are Queen Rooms with En Suite Baths. Each has a private terrace with awesome view of the Mountains/Pool. All Bedrooms are Air Conditioned. Our Pool is a nice walk in and out Pool. There are chairs and loungers for sunbathing and relaxing.

The Dominican Republic is located 1 ½ hours from Miami, 3 hours from Dallas and only 3 hours from New York. Airport arrivals in Puerto Plata (POP) then a 40 minute drive to Rio San Juan by Rental car or Taxis. Rio San Juan is a destination for nature lovers. The Beaches are incredible. Playa Caleton, Playa Diamante and Laguna Gri Gri have shallow pool like waters. Or if you enjoy surfing then Playa Grande would be your paradise of choose with 1600 meters of soft white sand, and its fantastic high waves. Located just 5 minutes from Rio San Juan is the Famous Playa Grande Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. setting atop of a high cliff overlooking the magnificent views of the Caribbean. This 18 hole Golf Course is challenging enough for any avid golfer. Day excursions can be planned to places such as Puerto Plata and Samana. Scuba Diving, Cave Tours, Beaches, Whale Watching, Jeep Safaris, Many other Day Tours available.
