This Cottage might very well be the best location in all of Beach Dreams. No need to load the car to the pool area, just 2 homes away, yet the trees offer the quiet you need. The bedrooms are not on the street side, which is great for a relaxing nap or a full night sleep. You will find a very nicely decorated & comfortable 'just like home' feel, even a full size washer & dryer. We love our home very much & we are very confident you wiil too.

Limited Parking : Our unit has 2 parking spaces, I know most people ignore this, but the office management will monitor and take action to remove extra vehicles if necessary.

Trash: There is a compactor for trash to the right of the exit gate, please use this periodically, do not allow trash to pile up inside or outside of the unit.

Linens and Towels: Renters are required to provide their own linens and towels, there are blankets and some pillows, but be prepared to bring some if you need more than 4

This place was simply adorable! Very cute, VERY clean, and very quiet! We enjoyed our week there immensely... with three young kids, we were able to spend time at the beach, and even more at the community pool. For the grown ups, there was a fabulous choice of restaurants and shopping (including the Kittery outlets!) within a reasonable distance. The owners were very quick to answer any and all questions, and very helpful in providing other information we hadn't even considered. The cottage is furnished well, and the kitchen is more than fully functional making is a far less costly option than eating out all the time. Parking was easy, it was a quiet community, and we all had a fantastic time... thanks!
