Situated at the top of one of Kiawah’s most beautiful lagoons, this unit includes two bedrooms and two full baths and was lovingly renovated throughout in 2007. All appliances are new and state-of-the art. The top floor location offers vaulted ceilings with full water views. Amenities include high speed Internet access, televisions in every room (including the kitchen!), a screened porch for alfresco dining and a deck overlooking the lagoon for relaxing with a good book. Kiawah’s fabulous Night Heron Park is outside your door. Cross the scenic lagoon bridge and walk a short distance to Kiawah’s ten miles of pristine beach. The five-star Sanctuary Hotel is right around the corner as are the shops and food court of East Beach Village. This condo is ideally suited for couples who love golf and tennis.
