Look at the photo of this beautiful, practically private, beach located in the conservation area of one of central Florida’s finest beaches. Now picture this beautiful seashore located 1 block from your front door! You are so close you can fall asleep at night listening to the sound of the surf. Or, take a step outside your Florida room and relax by your own private pool surrounded by a large patio and private lanai. If a drive-on beach and motorized water sports are what you’d prefer, Daytona Beach is only a few minutes away. Our tastefully decorated home is situated in a desirable beach side community, away from the crowded hotel and condo area. We’re on a barrier peninsula (~ 5 miles long and 1/4 mile wide) with the Atlantic beaches on one side and the inter-coastal waterway on the other. We have given special attention to make sure you and your family can enjoy your stay as residents in our beachside home. If desired, pool can be heated but at additional cost.
