Myrtle Beach Villa is located in Richmond Park, Kingston Plantation, a premier oceanfront South Carolina resort, highly acclaimed by the travel industry. This 145 acre resort is graced with fresh-water lakes, lovely garden paths and vacation amenities. Our second-floor villa is an end unit with 2 master suites. It is a 7 minute walk through the lushly landscaped resort to the ocean front pool complexes and beach. Our condominium is close to the resort's Sport and Health Club with it's indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzis, exercise and weightlifting rooms, racquetball courts, and outdoor lighted tennis courts. An on-site masseuse offers massage services. A full time golf director is available to book tee times at Kingston's Arcadian Shores, located adjacent to the resort, or at one of the more than 100 area courses. Daily children's programs are available.

The villa is an easy and enjoyable walk to virtually all parts of Kingston Plantation including a nearby pizza restaurant for snacks and newspapers. This Villa 18-I, at Kingston Plantation Richmond Park is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and confortable, my family and I were extremely satisfied and award it and its owners 5 GOLD Stars. We were so well pleased that we are returning this coming summer. While on vacation we want to be just as comfortable as we would be at home, well, as the web site indicates, this villa is just the place, home away from home. Its location is convenient to everything, stores, restaurants, lots of golf courses, most anything you want is close by. Our favorite restaurant is the Sea Captians House, Breakfasts are outstanding as well as the Dinners. The beautiful Myrtle Beach is only about a five minute walk, and that's why we are there. So if you want to enjoy the beach and stay at a gorgeous Villa, don't go any further that 18-I.

We had the pleasure of enjoying this condo in May. Looking at the pictures doesn't truly tell the story of how nice it is. WE experienced nothing but comfort, convenience, and serenity the whole time. You all thought of everything! Pool/beach toys, any utensil a person could need, and plenty of extras! I was able to comfortably read my book when I wanted to relax even though my kids were there too because the place was spacious enough. Also, the evening walks right down to the beach were awesome! Thank you so much for the hospitality, we would definitely recommend this place and the next time we come to Myrtle Beach, this i where we'll be.

My family and I stayed in the condo for our annual two week summer vacation. The accomodations are very nice with many amenities and lots of roomm. The location is great - very quiet, but not too far from the beach. We especially liked being so close to the Health Club and its pool (uncrowded). I loved having a washer and dryer in the condo for beach towels and other laundry. Dan and Sandra were very easy to work with on the rental. We would highly recommend staying here to other guests.

My husband and I spent a peaceful, relaxing week at this lovely condo. Everything was perfect! The accommodations couldn't have pleased us more and we hope to book again sometime in the near future. The fireworks at the beach on July 4th was great fun. The shopping was also amazing and anything that we could possibly need or desire was conveniently close by.

This place was simply wonderful for us! The decor is welcoming and homey, the location is great. We had everything we needed, and Sandra and Dan are great to deal with!
