Located in The Docks on Old River, this newly remodeled and beautifully decorated condo is ready to accommodate you! Snuggled between the Intercoastal Waterway/Old River and an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This fully furnished unit includes 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa, granite counter tops and a completely stocked kitchen with all the luxuries of home. All of our linens are top of the line. We even provide the beach towels! The unit is decorated in a tasteful beach motif, with lots of local art. Located on scenic Perdido Key with its world renowned white sand beaches and rolling sand dunes. The grounds are landscaped with a private pool and a picnic area, which includes grills for your use. Fish from our docks, watch the sunset from the balconies, or stroll the pristine beaches. It's all up to you!

  • $250 Security Deposit (via credit card) will be refunded if the condo is left in good condition, less a one time cleaning fee of $50. Please leave all used linens in a pile on the bedroom floors.

It had everything we needed and the weather was also perfect for this time of year - thanks for including that in the package as well! As for walking our dog on the beach, we were able to do that at NAS Pensacola with no problem. Our russian spaniel was very happy to get in the sand and roll around, chasing waves and birds up and down the beach. I am a retired Navy pilot so it was like being back at home in many ways. We were married in the Naval Aviation Memorial Chapel 31 years ago. It was good to see they have done so much to restore the base after Ivan ripped it up a few years ago. Great Place for a winter get away

We stayed just for a weekend, the place was the perfect size for 4 - 6 guests & decorated & updated nicely. Condo was clean & well maintained & the building & property were in good condition. Great view of the Old River from the balcony & from the front, great view of the Gulf! The whole building was practically empty, very quiet & private. My 2 dogs came along & had a nice time too. There was plenty of space on the property to walk them for bathroom breaks & you are right @ Old River & across from the Beach! Extremely affordable during the off season (to be so close to the water).

I had a very pleasant stay at this property location. I have to say that I did get locked out on the balcony but luckily there was a super there with a master key to help me. Other than the doors locking automatically when closed, everything was perfect. I really enjoyed it here and would love to return.
