3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, full facilities, sleeps 6

Our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Beacon Landing Luxury condo sits on the shores of Lake Granby and features three levels with two upper decks and ground level patio, all with spectacular views of Lake Granby and the surrounding mountains.. Decorated to fit the mountain and lake settings. Upper level is the master bedroom area with full bathroom and heated jetted tub. Second level is the kitchen, dining, living area (gas grill on deck) with the 1/2 bath and washer/dryer area. Main entry level has the two bedrooms with common bathroom. (one with queen size bed and one with double and bunk above). We are located 90 minutes fro Denver, 15 minutes from the town of Granby and only 10 minutes from the historical town of Grand Lake. The summer and winter activities are plentiful. Our condo amenities: Two Fireplaces, Phone, TV, VCR, DVD, full kitchen (cooking utensils included). Linen is provided. Attached to our 8 unit complex is Beacon Landing Marina and bait shop. 5 lakes in this area.

    Winter Rates are from 1st December to end of February. Spring Rates are from 1st of March to end of May. Summer Rates are from 1st of June to end of September. Fall Rates are from 1st of October to end of November.

Trip to Lake Granby

We had a great stay on Lake Granby. The condo was very nice and roomy. On the lake (although lake was quite low) with beautiful views. Great set up. We rented a pontoon boat from the marina next door (saw bald eagles and osprey). We made a fire and roasted marshmellows in the outdoor firepit - this was luxury camping! Easy, quick access to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park (saw moose and elk). We definitely recommend this place and will be back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Relaxing on the lake

We stayed in this condo the last week of July and had a wonderful time. It's a perfect spot for relaxing on Lake Granby. We rented a pontoon boat and went fishing and sight seeing. It's also a great spot because it's so close to Rocky Mountain National Park. It has a great supermarket not far away and a superb golf course. We loved that it was 3 levels so the kids could have 1 level to themselves and the adults another. Level 2 holds the kitchen, laundry room, and livingroom. The hummingbirds were magnificent and we loved the bats at night. Sunrises over the lake were my favorite. Dennis and Gerri were very helpful and answered all our questions. It's a GREAT place to stay.

Have stayed several times during the winter months to snowmobile.beautiful view of the lake.Very comfortable place with heated floors.recomend to any one as a great value.
