Insurance, Safety and Security: For insurance, safety and your security, four exterior mounted cameras have been installed and are viewable from Elan VIA wall viewing panels inside the house. The cameras are mounted as follows:

1) Front right corner of house – provides view of front driveway & garage doors.

2) Front left corner of house - provides view of front yard & street entrance.

3) Back right corner of house - provides view of fire pit & golf cart turn-around at lake & boat dock.

4) Inside garage on ceiling - provides view of small back door and golf cart garage door.

POLICIES:

• NO inside SMOKING (outside only)--cigarette butts must be kept in an ashtray .

• NO weddings, wedding receptions, bachelor or bachelorette parties

• NO more than 14 (fourteen) guests on or in property at anytime

• NO more than 5 (five) vehicles allowed

• NO street parking

• NO visitors of guest(s)

• NO loud music

• NO 'out of control' parties

• NO illegal activity

• NO more than 2 boats or 1 boat and 2 jet ski on the boat dock at anytime.

• NO boats over 25' in length

Friends or Couples Getaway & Concierge Services: Kahala Sunset makes the perfect place to have a 'Friends' or 'Couples' Getaway!! We can arrange for a Personal Chef to have meals ready or for a special occasion meal, Flowers and a variety of Gift Baskets, Massage, Facials, Manicures, Pedicures and Body Treatments can be arranged (therapists will come directly to Kahala Sunset for your own private Spa Day), Golf Tee Times, Dinner Reservations, Babysitting Service, On-Site Photography Service (now that everyone is in one place, make sure to capture the memory!) You name it, we can arrange it for you to have the perfect stay!
