Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental rates as low as $1800.00 depending on the month and the length of your stay. Please call for details.
  • Security dep 500.00
    Rental includes local telephone service, cable tv & $50 per month allowance for electricity, anything over the $50 will be deducted from your security deposit. There will be a charge for cleaning when you leave $100 +12% tx this will be deducted from your security deposit.
    Security deposit is held for 45 days after you leave to allow time for electricity bills to come in.

    There is a $50 registration fee payable to the condo 440WEST due on arrival. I will deducted this from your security deposit and have a check made payable to 440west from Coldwell Banker.

Nice property and good location. Construction on parking garage was loud even on the 14th floor. We were informed about the construction before renting. Nice condo with ample room for a family for a week. Two large bedrooms, two baths, nice terrace, washer/dryer. Enjoyed the Clearwater Beach area. One door knob fell off while we were there but was repaired in 1 1/2 days. Would consider staying here again.
