A lovely private villa with its own individually designed private pool. Sleeps six. This bungalow style property with large garden is set in a quiet location. It has been recently completely refurnished to a high standard and has a new fitted well equipped kitchen. Sitting room with log burner, separate dining room with doors on either side opening on to the garden. Three bedrooms, the master bedroom being en-suite. A further double room and a twin bedded room and family bathroom makes this property ideal for a family holiday. There are two Nakasone of which houses the barbecue patio table and chairs. Large garden with lemon and orange trees. Parking under a car port off road. Extra parking adjacent to the villa. Central heating. It is possible to walk to local shops and bars in approx. 5 mins. For fixed euros rates please see price notes. There are no hidden extras. Cleaning & mid week linen change included.

Nearest Beach: beach at 2.5 Kilometres

Five minutes walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of the area known as Sabatera. A gentle stroll will take you to a supermarket and other shops. Plus bars one of which has pool tables plus two or three restaurants. There is also a taxi company gift shop and laundry. The town centre and main beach are approximately five minutes drive away. El Portet beach is 10 minutes drive. The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas. Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. Alicante airport is less than an hour away. Mainly motorway driving to the villa. A car is required as there is no public transport near the villa. Benidorm 30 mins Javea & Calpe 20 mins away

  • There are no cleaning charges for this villa. All linen is provided but not beach towels. 25% Deposit required to secure the booking. Balance 8 weeks before arrival. Payment by cheque or direct to a bank account. Receipts given with out delay to confirm booking.
  • If I do not contact you within 18 hours of you sending an email to me please telephone either number as I may be away from my compter. The cost of the call comes to me (on a divert) as I spend time out of the UK on a regular basis so international dialling tone might be heard.

Things to do: Many good restaurants and bars. Prices vary according to the establishment. 8 Michelin guide rated and 3 Michelin star restaurants in the area. A couple of night clubs. Children's fair and Marina. Many supermarkets, banks and two internet shops. Nice gift, clothes and shoe shops. The area is idea for families as the town is quite small, very clean and the Spanish are very friendly. There is a small fair open most of the year. In Benidorm there is the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sea life park. Benidorm Palace is worth a visit for an enjoyable night out. Train station in Teulada. The local wine from the Jalon Valley is an absolute must do. The nearest nine hole golf course is 5 minutes away. 8 other courses within an hours drive from the villa. There is a tennis club in Moraira. Water bikes, peddelos etc. in the town centre and on the beach. International Go-Karting track but suitable for all levels.

Other Activities: International Go Karting 5 minutes from the villa.

May 2008 we were sad to leave 2 weeks not long enough,
been to Moraira many times but this villa we would say is
by far the best. Very comfortable home from home. thankyou we will definately be back to calle gijon.

16th July 2004. A most enjoyable stay. The villa is equipped to a very high standard very clean & we enjoyed the pool. We have been in the area several times and this is the best villa we have had. Many thanks to Coral. Shirley Anderson and family.
