About James Parker
We are local family that enjoy the beach and outdoors. We have a 8 year old and an 11 year old so the home has plenty of kids items. There is a baby crib, high chair, kid toys, movies, games, some beach toys, and generally kid friendly. We purchased this home in 2001 and it has many great memories of raising our first born here. We love the friendly and close nit neighborhood and visit the home whenever there are openings.

Why James Parker chose Isle of Palms
We read in a magazine that Isle of Palms was one of the best places to raise children so after having a wonderful visit- we decided to buy our first home here!
Guestbook comments from the owner
We stayed in our beach cottage and did more work this last week. We are happy to say that we now have a new stainless steel refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher in the kitchen. My husband put a new HDTV in the kitchen while I put fresh new linens in the kitchen cabinets. He threw away some of the older gaming items and videos and replaced with newer electronics. We fixed the handle that was missing from one the trundle beds a well as put a heavy duty curtain rod in the sunroom. By staying here we have found some of the smaller items that needed to be repaired. Somethings looked ok, but then when you actually used them they needed to be repaired or replaced. An example was the can opener looked fine, but then didn't work good so I replaced it. My huband also replaced the playset swings as they were started to get rusty (salt air is rough on items outdoors). He also deleted some older pictures and will be putting up some new ones soon.
