Fall & Winter Specials for Cozy beach house located on Isle of Palms, in Charleston, SC. It is approx. 3 minute walk to one of the southern states most beautiful beaches. It is close to the Marina on 41st Ave., where boating, kayaking, jet-skiing, para-sailing & fishing licenses can be obtained. Each of the 3 bedrooms contain king size beds, while the den has a sofa bed. The sun-room has a sofa bed, a bunk bed and a baby crib. The home can sleep 8-10 comfortably. The kitchen has recently been remodeled in all white, while the rest of the home decor reflects a floral/tropical theme. Garden lovers will appreciate the lush tropical landscaping. There is a 2 car garage which houses an electric golf cart for quick beach access (has a rules sheet & must sign release of liability )The owners try to keep a couple of beach chairs, floats, coolers in the garage for renters to use. My family and I stayed at this great little place! We went there for the beach but found that even on rainy days there are lots of things to do. The pool table gave us hours of competition, the kids had a blast in the pool, and we did some sight seeing around the island via golf cart. The owners were good-natured and helpful and promptly returned our call when we had questions.
We'd love to make a tradition out of staying at this cool and comfy beach house!

My family and I just returned from our vacation on Isle of Palms. We loved the house, it was large and had everything that we could want. The pool was nice but we could not use it in the evenings the mosquitos were so bad. Other than that, the house was very nice, large rooms, and it suited us perfectly. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. I would rent this house anytime, especially if the mosquitos were gone.
Owner's Response: Some people call the mosquito the state bird. luckly the city sprays for them. They are defidently more around the Island after the tropical rains we had before your visit. The city's spray cleared them up pretty well we spent the weekend at the pool and did not get bit.

We stayed here during July and had a blast! It was especially nice not to have to lug the pack-n-play, high chair, etc. Great set up for anyone with kids. We were amazed by how much culture Charleston has & wonderful restaurants. Food is A++ at High Cotton, Hank's and Sullivan's to mention a few of our favs. Very nice cottage- thanks again. We will be back.

We stayed in this home in May, 2007. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here. It is within easy walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed walking on the beach with the grandchildren - especially early in the morning and late afternoons. The Isle of Palms city park is just blocks away. We enjoyed walking there with the grandchildren, and they really enjoyed the park. One day we used the golf cart to take them to the park.
The layout of the house was good for our family. There were plenty of beds, and everything was very clean. I really liked the large spacious kitchen. My husband especially enjoyed the wide screen T.V.
We liked the atmosphere of the neighborhood. It is a very quiet, scenic, and pleasant place. We would definitely stay here again.
