Our rental property is in Kingston Plantation, a 145-acre guarded ocean front resort located in the prime area of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Our villa is a three bedroom villa, located almost in the center of the 147-acre complex, a short distance to the ocean front activities and a short distance in the opposite direction to the Sport and Health Club. There is also a pool is within a two minute walk of the villa. This villa has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a full size, heavy duty, washer and dryer. Itt also has many upgrades not commonly found in rental units and is in excellent condition. We have taken the upmost in care and consideration in updating our villa and supplying it with modern conveniences and quality furnishings, appliances, linens, towels, etc.

Our villa is about a 5 minute casual walk or a 2-3 minute drive to the Splash Park area and the ocean. There is also a pool across the lake from the villa which is about a two minute walk.

We had the most wonderful visit to Myrtle Beach! The home and its surroundings were beautiful. Everything we needed was right there (and if we were missing anything a CVS is just a mile or so away!). We spent days hanging out on the beach then moved to the pool for a relaxing afternoon. It was perfect!

We had a great time while staying in this villa. The resort amenities were wonderful; the villa was clean with all the amenities of home. There was plenty of room, a two tiered deck off the back that is right by a pond that kids had a blast fishing in. Two families with kids ranging from 20 down to 9 and everyone had fun. We loved it and would defiantly rent it again (hopefully next year). The kids loved the local cat!
