This sunny, quiet, and very cozy condo is located on a private lane off Cook St. and stone's throw to the Bay. It is within walking distance to all the town has to offer although a bike or car is suggested to reach Herring Cove and Race Point National Park beaches. The historic building is surrounded by a lovely yard anchored by a beautiful Catalpa tree that provides welcomed shade on those hot summer days. The unit has many windows making it an airy delight. The interior is eclectic with original pine plank floors and contemporary furnishings. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and is accompanied by a large outdoor grill. The living room is very comfortable with large flat screen TV and DVD. The bedrooms are furnished with firm queen size mattresses and window air conditioners for your sleeping comfort. Outside amenities include a private deck, shared yard, one designated parking space, outdoor heated shower.

This condo is on an attractive quiet street. The location is fantastic. The surroundings are quiet yet the galleries and town are a short walk away. The bay beach and a small market are just a quick walk away. No car is needed, yet it's easy to drive to the larger grocery store or national seashore without battling traffic, if necessary.

The large kitchen, deck and yard were a big plus for us. A small reading alcove worked as somewhat separate space for parents, while kids did their thing.

The interior of this space is bright and sunny. It's well decorated and clean. All of the appliances are full size. The owners have thought through what is needed for a stay. It's all there.

The owners are a pleasure to work with. The unit lived up to its description. If you like Provincetown, you'll love staying here.

Quaint Condo with all the comforts of home.

This is a very clean, well maintained charming condo in Ptown. Fully equipped kitchen for all you folks that like to cook up a storm while on vacation. Modern up--to-date condo with the charm of yesteryear. There is a barbeque area and outdoor shower as well as a wonderfully styled indoor bathroom. Beautiful backyard/frontyard to enjoy the quietness that the location has to offer. Landscaped with flowers and shade trees and a nice deck to enjoy the fresh air. Within walking distance to the hustle and bustle of the town.
The owners have taken great care in styling the rooms so that you feel welcome and at home in this comfortable condo. We are 2 couples and have totally enjoyed our stay for the past 2 years during Carnival Week. Roomy enough for some alone time, yet cozy for all to enjoy. The laundry room is well stocked and conveniently located off the kitchen. You will totally enjoy your stay here and miss it when you return home!

Charming Property with all the comforts of home!

This is an extremely well-maintained home, with fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, and stylish full bath. There is also a great outdoor shower on the side of the building, and beautifully landscaped garden in the front of the property. It is located in a private setting off of the road, and only 1/2 block from Commercial St. This is the perfect location for peace and quiet, but just blocks away from all P-town has to offer. We have spent several Carnival weeks here, and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. We usually travel as two couples, and find the property's size to be comfortable for 4 adults. We have stayed in guest houses in the past, but have realized the value and comfort of spending our vacations in a home where we can spread out, as opposed to individual hotel rooms. While there are great restaurants blocks away, with this property you also have the option of grilling on the BBQ or preparing your own meals. The owners have taken great care in their choice of tasteful furniture and accessories. You will not be disappointed!
