Description of the Key West vacation condo rental
This one bedroom, fully furnished condo is located in the Truman Annex, a gated community of private homes and condos within two blocks of Duval Street and Ft. Zackery Taylor State Park (best beach in Key West). This First Floor condo is a part of the shipyard complex and is located in a very secluded area. The decks and gardens are totally private with no condos behind it so no one will be glaring over or down at you. Few condos can offer this privacy in the annex.
Great for walking, running, bicycling, or any other outdoor activity. Off street secure parking provided on the grounds. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and two very comfortable queen-size sofabed in the main living area. This condo was furnished with all new furniture and bedding on January 7, 2005. All new hardwood floors throughout.
We Will beat anyone's rates in the Annex! Give us a call. Special Rates apply for events and holidays. Renters must be over 25 years of age. Security Deposit Required.
