Description of the Clearwater Beach vacation condo rental
Deluxe 1,800 SF waterfront condo in Clearwater Beach. Located on a quiet street 1 block off of the main strip, with reserved parking under the building. Featuring a gourmet kitchen, large dining/living room, all with views of the water. Over-sized master bedroom with walk in closet, baby crib, large shower with separate bath & whirlpool & separate door to 300sq foot balcony overlooking private heated pool with jacuzzi. 2nd bedroom ihas a queen bed and is located next to the second bathroom. Sliding door can be closed to seclude room from the rest of the condo. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Short walk to public beaches, activities such as parasailing, scuba diving, fishing, etc. Use the two bikes included to take a ride through the town or the provided fishing poles to fish from dock. Walk to some of Clearwater Beaches night life and restaurants or take the trolley that stops right in front. Wireless Internet access, with free long distance calling to US & Canada.

Occupancy not to exceed 6 people. A copy of a valid drivers license or passport must be sent to us prior to rental date. No one under 21 can rent this condo. No pets over 30 pounds and a $250.00 refundable deposit is required to cover pet damage.
Check in no earlier than 5 PM unless otherwise agreed and checkout no later than 10 AM
No occupancy by more than 6 adults. Observe the rules posted by the telephone in the condo. Please be a good neighbor. -
A security deposit or a valid credit card is required for coverage of damaged goods, and/or breakage, as well as extreme wear and tear of property.
There is a one-time cleaning fee of $120.00
A 25% deposit of the gross rent is required to hold the condo, with the balance due one week prior to arrival.
The rental deposit is not refundable.
