Come enjoy the Maui sun and stay in our lovely, fully remodeled one-bedroom condominium at the South Kihei Maui Banyan Resort. Right near the beach, this upgraded unit offers tasteful decor with island-style furnishings.

Exceptionally well-maintained by local residents - you can be assured your accomodations will be clean and comfortable. Live the easy island life - this unit is the closest rental we have to the beach. It's a short walk through the lovely tropical gardens to Kamaole Beach II, a gorgeous white sand beach great for boogie-boarding, surfing, snorkeling or swimming. Enjoy the spectacular Maui sunsets oceanfront across from this great resort.

Maui Banyan is conveniently located minutes from Wailea's world-class golf courses with two tennis courts, two pool areas with hot tubs and gas BBQs for you to enjoy. Maui Banyan is walking distance to shopping and fantastic restaurants. Maui is also known for its excellent windsurfing and various water sports.

Our own family loves it here and stays two months a year. The care and attention put into this condo for our family to be comfortable is apparent. We hope others will treat it as their own.

About Steve and Tamara Farwig

Tamara and I have lived on Maui since 1994 and our two young children were born and raised here. I work as a Firefighter for Maui county and enjoy water sports. We have enjoyed owning at the Maui Banyan due to its lovely grounds, pool areas, and proximity to the wonderful beaches in Kihei and Wailea. We live five minutes from our properties and take great care to ensure our guests are happy. If you need anything while you are staying in our condos we are here to help you.

My husband and I stayed in the unit over the Christmas and New Year's break 2012; it was wonderful. The unit was clean and bright and comfortable. We had everything we needed and then some. We normally sleep in a king size bed so I was a little worried about us sleeping in a queen for two weeks but the bed in the unit is so comfortable it didn't seem to matter! We will definately be back again. (Although I've already looked for next year and it's booked!) The owners were super easy to work with and went to a lot of work to make this unit as beautiful as it is. Thanks to you both for making our stay and our visit to Maui wonderful.

Memorable vacation

My husband and I were on Maui for my daughter's wedding. We hadn't been on vacation together since 2005! This experience was everything I'd wished for. The condo was well managed, well maintained, well equipped, clean and you couldn't ask for a better location. It truly felt like home away from home. Thank you Steve and Tamara for doing such a great job of updating your property and keeping your tenants happy!
