This new ground floor (no stairs after a long day on the hill!) condominium porch boasts beautiful views of the Steamboat ski mountain. Constructed in February 2006 and furnished with all top of the line amenities such as granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors. This unit provides all the comforts of home. The living room is equipped with a great stone fireplace to keep you warm and cozy. The Den is equipped with cable, TV, CD player, and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary tools to cook and feed a large family. A Washer and Dryer is located in the unit. There is a bar with seating for three and the dining room provides seating for six.
The master bedroom comes complete with a queen bed, very nice linens, a private bathroom, and walk in closet, complete enough for the most distinguished guest. The master bedroom is equipped with a TV. The second bedroom features a twin daybed that includes a pop up trundle (a 2nd twin bed) underneath. This condo is ideal for parties of all types. We also have a pack and play/crib available for guests to use. The free city ski shuttle will pick you up near the complex and drop you off at the slopes of the Steamboat Ski Resort. The Sundance complex is located about 3/4 of a mile to the gondola, and just over 1 mile to downtown Steamboat.
