If you enjoy relaxing in the outdoors and would like to take a break from city life, come visit the warm & friendly ways of Pine. Plenty of hiking, fishing, horseback, wildlife, or just read a book or enjoy a pedicure or massage. Mill around town and check out our restaurants, antique shops, a llama ranch, quilt exhibits, the fiddlers expo and seasonal town festivals. Sedona is aprox. 65 miles from Pine-a great day trip to take !

Maria provided everything we would need! Very clean, comfortable cabin, well located. Will definately recommend. Don't miss the ice cream and fudge shop nearby! HB Cafe, Nifty Fifty, and Rimside Dining were great!

Enjoy the Pines in Pine

My boyfriend and I decided to take advantage of a silent auction golf outing I had bid on and the course was in Payson. In lieu of a "hotel" I stumbled across "Marie's Place" on this site. What a pleasant surprise this turned out to be.

Marie was very easy to work with and on such short notice too. We met and exchanged details and before we knew it, we were heading up to Pine.

Marie's place is very nice and quite comfortable. We enjoyed our dinner one night on the patio after utilizing the new BBQ. Between the beauty of the pines, the cooler temperatures and the comfort of Marie's place this will definitely be a destination we will include in our "most favorites" to return to.

Great Get-Away

We had a wonderful time at Maria's Place - spacious, clean, and felt right at home. The temperature was much cooler than Phoenix giving us the ability to hike and enjoy being outdoors. The outdoor deck is a great place to read a book and enjoy the cool breezes. The people in Pine were friendly and we enjoyed a meal and a beer at both Sidewinders and Pine Verde Mexican restaurants. There's plenty to do - or nothing to do. We enjoyed a combination of both.

Maria's Place is a sweet escape!

We have stayed at Maria's Place on more than one occasion and each visit has been a nice time away.
It was a very relaxing trip away from the heat- temps were much cooler than the valley! Nicely decorated,clean, and very cozy. Easy access for my handicapped father. Enjoyed the shops, views, nature and we had a great beer at Sidewinders.

The cabin was in great shape. Master bedroom is huge. We look forward to using the fireplace on porch on our next visit. Will definitely go again. The Arts and Crafts Show was fun. Lots of Antique Shops. Try Moose Mountain for some good deals. If you have a pooch, bring him, they are pet friendly. Most places to eat and shop are within walking distance. Tonto Natural Bridge is a few miles up the road. It was worth the trip to see and hike. They are doing some added construction on downstairs. This was an addtional area not included in the sq. foot area we rented. It will be great when completed. If your planning on doing a lot of cooking for a crowd..bring some extra pots and pans. We had a great time.
