    Thanksgiving Special is Four Nights for $975.

    We will rent to family groups only or groups supervised by at least two responsible adults. Fraternal, sorority, student or single groups need not apply. Violation is grounds for immediate termination. Properties are patrolled on a regular basis. Occupancy restricted to the maximum occupancy as set forth in this lease. Violation of any of these terms shall give right to termination.
