Ideal vacation getaway spot! Directly on Sapodilla Bay beach. Crystal clear beautiful Caribbean water, powder soft sand and truly the most beautiful sunsets you can imagine. This 3-4 bedroom home is ideal for those with small children, as well as for those couples who want a lot of privacy away from the crowds at the resorts. The main house features 2 full size bedrooms, 1 being a king suite. There is a 3rd area for sleeping, it is a full size futon room w/ flat screen tv, doors for privacy and ac. It is perfect for children or nanny. There is an additional king suite that is just a few steps off of the main house. New appliances, upgrades, outdoor speakers, 2 ocean kayaks, a palapa and much much more!

The photos were nice, but truly did not do this place justice! The home was bigger than we had pictured and the layout was great. It was great for our kids as well. They could swim in the ocean, run back up to the house and jump in the pool and back to the ocean.
So relaxing and most of the time we felt we had a private beach. If there were 2 other groups on the beach, that was a lot!
The sand was so soft and the ocean was absolutely beautiful and crystal clear. No coral or rocks or sea urchins!
We were pleasantly surprised to find the restaurants on the island were excellent (though expensive, as most islands are). Shark Bite was incredible bar food and the kids loved it because we actually saw sharks swimming by. Our favorite restaurant was Coyaba. High end, but great food and a great wine list.
But we actually had our best meals at the house when we just threw some steaks on the grill and lounged in our swimsuits while they were cooking!

This was a fabulous place to stay. We had 2 families, each with a child around 10. The kids loved being able to play in the pool or on the beach, and the adults enjoyed sitting by the pool or down on the sand. The pictures available online were exactly what the house was like.

We spent a week at Villa Oceana in February of 2008. The house, the setting all exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful spot. House has all of the luxuries of home and more. Very nice vacation. Be sure to rent a car.
