  • Summer Recession Special Weekly Rate is $2,000 - save almost $700!
  • Summer & Winter Rates: Preference will be given to weekly summer bookings. Summer Weekly Specials include 10% tax and $150 cleaning.
    Off Season Rates: Apr 28-May 22/Oct 01-Nov 20 Fri & Sat $250/night. Weekly off-season rate special $1,500 excluding holidays.
    Weekly and monthly bookings available. Memorial, Labor, MLK, $375, three night min. + tax + cleaning. All holidays $350-650/night, 3-5 night minimum, no specials. Thanksgiving week $2000. July 4 week, $3500 all-in. Sorry Christmas is not available. New Years is $2000 12/31 to 1/3. Pets, if accepted, are $35 per night, per pet, subject to approval. Refundable $500 security deposit. Signed contract with non-refundable payment by check to reserve dates. Credit card bookings have extra fees applied by credit card company.
  • Summer Weekly Specials (excluding holidays) are reduced from $2,667 ($2,275 for seven nights, $150 cleaning, and 10% tax) including bringing one boat, to only $2,000 all-in, an almost $700 savings for you!

    Fourth of July Week Recession Special is $3,500 all-in, we pay the $150 cleaning & 10% tax! Pets are extra ($35 per night).

Winter Skiing is Coming! Upstairs:: Now booking New Year's long weekend, MLK Weekend, Feb Ski Week. Check our calendar for availability. This relaxing quiet waterfront home with boat dock, has beautiful waterway and mountain views. The upper living quarters include a large living room with two leather sofas, pine open beam ceilings and stone wood-burning fireplace opening to seasonal sunny deck with gas BBQ grill, table and umbrella, overlooking the water and Mt. Tallac views. Also upstairs is the fully equipped recently remodeled kitchen with double oven (convection and baking ovens), new granite counters w/blue & white tile backsplash, and dining area with water views, as well as laundry, full bath, and overlarge master bedroom featuring one queen size, one full size, and two twins (bunk beds) with views of Heavenly Mountain. Wi-Fi! Hot tub overlooking the water is in!

Downstairs:: Downstairs is the second full bath, second bedroom with one full bed and third bedroom with gorgeous water and mountain views featuring one queen bed, decorative (non-working) stove, and doorway to downstairs deck leading to new outdoor hot tub and boat dock (room for you to bring one boat, with advanced notice) and waterway (locked in winter season). Off-street parking for two cars in driveway with adjacent covered walkway to the front door. Lots of additional parking is available on the street in the summer.

Other Amenities:: The over 2200 square feet home is located on a quiet street with full access to all Tahoe Keys amenities (which include: Boat launch, indoor Olympic pool, two outdoor hot tubs, seasonal outdoor summer pool overlooking tranquil Lake Tahoe, private beach, boat rentals, pier, tennis courts, putting green, basketball courts, biking and hiking trails, restaurant and bar (a daily user fee required with copy of rental agreement for some amenity access).
