This relaxing quiet waterfront home with boat dock, has beautiful waterway and mountain views. The upper living quarters include a large living room with two leather sofas, pine open beam ceilings and stone wood-burning fireplace opening to seasonal sunny deck with gas BBQ grill, table and umbrella, overlooking the water and Mt. Tallac views. Also upstairs is the fully equipped recently remodeled kitchen with double oven (convection and baking ovens), new granite counters w/blue & white tile backsplash, and dining area with water views, as well as laundry, full bath, and overlarge master bedroom featuring one queen size, one full size, and two twins (bunk beds) with views of Heavenly Mountain. Wi-Fi! Hot tub overlooking the water is in!
Downstairs::
Downstairs is the second full bath, second bedroom with one full bed and third bedroom with gorgeous water and mountain views featuring one queen bed, decorative (non-working) stove, and doorway to downstairs deck leading to new outdoor hot tub and boat dock (room for you to bring one boat, with advanced notice) and waterway (locked in winter season). Off-street parking for two cars in driveway with adjacent covered walkway to the front door. Lots of additional parking is available on the street in the summer.

The over 2200 square feet home is located on a quiet street with full access to all Tahoe Keys amenities (which include: Boat launch, indoor Olympic pool, two outdoor hot tubs, seasonal outdoor summer pool overlooking tranquil Lake Tahoe, private beach, boat rentals, pier, tennis courts, putting green, basketball courts, biking and hiking trails, restaurant and bar (a daily user fee required with copy of rental agreement for some amenity access).
