Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Feel the calming energy of the ocean and enjoy an unobstructed 180 degree, white water, ocean view, less than 300 feet from the beach in our newly renovated mid century modern building. Spread out with over 1600 square feet of living space in this comfortable tri-level unit. Everyone comments that the place is bigger than it appears in the pictures. Four out of the five rooms have full ocean views. You’ll almost feel like you’re on a houseboat. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves breaking on the shore and wake up to a beautiful sunrise everyday. Watch the pelicans dive and the dolphins leap by day; See the twinkling lights of the “Queens Necklace” by night. Take a short walk to the famous Getty Villa or our local tide pools.

The kitchen, dining and living rooms are bright, open and spacious. All three overlook the ocean. Each of the two bedrooms and bathrooms are separate and private. One is on the top level and the other is on the bottom level. This place could easily and comfortably be shared with a co-worker or another couple. The décor is sleek and modern yet comfortable and homey. It is impeccably decorated with a chocolate brown and ocean blue, (sea and sand) color scheme. This unit comfortably sleeps 4 but we will accommodate as many as 6 people. There is a daybed on the deck that is wonderful to sleep on during a warm night or for a catnap during the day. We will supply 2 roll away beds (if necessary) with memory foam pads for added comfort. We also have the added bonus of direct entry to the unit from the garage.

Relax for a while and enjoy our welcome snack basket with fruit, nuts, protein bars, coffee and tea. We don't want you to have to run to the store the second you arrive. We are proud to say that we have never had a disappointed guest.

A Taste of Paradise

This beach condo was perfect for our family getaway for Spring Break. The living area was larger than I expected from the photos and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The home is immaculate and well maintained. The view from the living room and patio is beautiful and the sea breeze is healing. The patio is a favorite cozy area to relax and soak up the sun. Valerie is available for any questions but gives you your space. The condo is centrally located so it is accessible to shopping, hiking, beaches, and literally any type of restaurant cuisine you desire. Valerie took care of all the details before, during, and after our trip to make sure we had a memorable vacation. Highly recommended and we will be back in the future.

We have rented this beautiful condo twice (2009 & 2012) and we are looking forward to our third time next summer.
It is a long trip from home (Paris/France) but it worth it. Valerie has arranged the condo to make us feel as if we were at home. In fact, it is even better...
We can hear the sound of the waves from the deck and the bedroom. It is easy to visit LA from coastline drive.
I recommend this apartment for people who want to visit LA while enjoying Malibu.

Great Vacation

This was absolutely one of my favorite vacations and a large part of the reason is due to the beautiful condo we stayed in and the serene yet convenient location we were in. My favorite things about this condo: location(close enough to hotspots but you come home to the beauty of Malibu), absolutely beautiful view (picutures don't give it justice), comfortable,clean, beautiful, roomy condo, having everything you need at your fingertips. I cannot say enough about the location, I would highly recommend either condo that Valerie has listed. Also, Valerie has a huge notebook with any information you would need. We absolutely loved the hot springs spa in LA that she recommended. It was also great to have a garage and not worry about parking. She also has everything you will need for beach including umbrella. Thanks so much for the wonderful vacation.

I just want to let everyone know that this Place is beautiful and well equipped with everything you will need for you stay. Valerie has done a great job making every little detail of this beautiful Condo to everyones satisfaction. Privacy was awesome! I have been renting in Malibu for about 7 years and have rented entire homes on the beachfront and did not have as good a time then in Valerie's Condo. Ive stayed also at the Santa Monica Lowe's a few years in a row, But did not have the experience as I did at this place. I am booking the Condo already for 2 weeks in Aug. 2013. And will probably make this a yearly excursion for my future vacations. Thank you Valerie for everything! the Best!

Best deck with beautiful views

We've only been gone from this vacation home for 9 hours and already I'm missing the sounds of the waves and the vastness of the ocean as viewed from the deck! This home is comfortable, well-equipped, and quiet even though close to PCH. Every night is an ocean lullaby and the breezes were cool. This was our first time to Malibu and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Come here either to relax and go nowhere at all, or use it as fantastic base to make day trips and explore So Cal. We visited the Ronald Reagan Library in Simi Valley, Disneyland, Getty Villa in Malibu, Theatre Palisades, Pepperdine, beaches, Santa Monica Pier, shopping and read on the deck every night! Thanks, Valerie, for a great VRBO experience.
