Located mere minutes off of Phoenix's main highway 17, this beautiful loft style condo is your ticket to a great vacation in Phoenix, AZ. The loft has hardwood floors with granite counter tops and the shower boasts a complete stone and granite surround. The main floor has a full kitchen and a dining area that seats 4 as well as a relaxing living room with an attached 1/2 bath and a walk out seating for 4 private patio with BBQ grill. The up stairs loft has a very comfortable queen size bed a walk in closet and a full bath. The unit also has a washer and dryer on the main floor as well as high speed WiFi access for internet. There is also a full pool and hot tub on site.

    Deposits
    $150.00 refundable security deposit, $50.00 non-refundable cleaning fee and 50% of the total rental fee are due within seven (7) days of booking. The remaining 50% is due 15 days prior to arrival date. $150.00 security deposit is fully refundable upon satisfactory check-out. All security deposits will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure date.
    Refunds
    Cancellations made prior to 60 days before arrival date will receive a full refund less a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival date will receive a 50% refund if the unit is not re-booked. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date will receive no refund if unit is not re-booked.

This unit is very clean and close to everything that we had planned to attend. Very quiet location. All services were as described. Internet was very easy to connect to. We could not get the condo phone to work which was the only disappointment. The condo kitchen was more than adequate, Very roomy for two people, William was very easy to deal with and communication was open. This was our first stay in a condo and this is definately the way to go, We will stay again when we return to the phoenix area, Thank you William for making this a very easy experience it was a pleasure!

I stayed in a 2 bedroom unit in the same complex, booked through the same agent. The unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. The grounds and pool were well maintained. The location was very convenient for all of the activities we engaged in (mostly sight-seeing all over the Phoenix area, Tuscon and the Grand Canyon). I would definitely recommend it to my friends and would certainly stay there again if I return to Phoenix.

Perfect if you must travel with pets

I found this unit via the internet. I needed to visit my family in Phoenix and was driving over from San Diego. I wanted to rent a place for a week where I could bring my 2 dogs. This place was exactly as described; and it was pet-friendly in that it had hardwood floors and a little enclosed patio. It was just a block from a major freeway, and had plenty of convenient shopping/eating places nearby. It also was surrounded by an old golf course which afforded plenty of walking options for the dogs. Arranging and paying for the unit was easy as pie. Having a full kitchen and washer and dryer sure beats a plain motel room. I would recommend this unit to others. Vert good customer service and communications. The only nit is that the unit had no windows at all (other than a sliding glass patio door) and the furniture was a velveteen material which proved to be a dog hair magnet even though I brought my own covers for the furniture and my dogs are not allowed up on the furniture. Needless to say if you have pets, you have fur. But there were cleaning and sweeping supplies available, but not a vacuum. Still, the unit was very adequate and I would recommend it to anyone; very close covered and lit parking, good amenities, and at a pretty fair price too. I intend visiting and renting it again in the Fall.

Phoenix condo

We arrived at the condo with instructions received via email. There was keyless entry that was easy to use. We found the condo with no problem. Covered parking was close by. The AC was on so the place was nice and cool. It was in the mid 80’s outside that day. We stayed two weeks and had everything we needed. The condo is small but just right for a couple on the go. No hassles at all, and close to everything. We could eat in or go out. Much better than staying in a motel. There was a washer and dryer in the condo as well. I was able to hook right up to the Internet. Would stay there again.

Spring Training

My wife and I spend a weeks vacation every year in the Phoenix area watching spring training baseball and playing a little golf. We have stayed at several differant time share properties and hotels throughout the years. This was our first condo rental of this nature and we will back again next year with William at one of his properties. He made the rental process very easy. The one bedroom loft was very roomy for the 2 of us, and a family of 4 would have been just as comfortable. The condo was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. Close proximity to I-17 provides quick access to the I-10 and the 101 Loop.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children
