Exceptional Rating: On 6/14/07 our condo was evaluated by a redecorating expert hired by the management company. We were granted an exceptional rating. The redecorating expert stated that our condo 'looked terrific' and was 'the best condo evaluated'.
Ski: 5 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort. Shuttle to both Winter Park Resort, Mary Jane and Downtown stops at the door.
Other Activities: hot air balloon rides, ice skating, sliding, 25 miles to Rocky Mt. National Park
