Enjoy summer fun in a house that accommodates everyone! Our sprawling ranch is over 2500 sq. ft. The open kitchen/family room is perfect for large gatherings. The den (with a second tv) is a nice place for the kids to hang out when the grown-ups have the family room. There are four bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. There is one large full bath (with tub and separate shower), a half bath, and an outdoor heated and enclosed shower. There is also a laundry room and a mudroom. Our house sits on one of the biggest lots in Bonnet Shores, which means plenty of room for outdoor games. We have a basketball hoop and a large shady yard with tire swing and adirondack chairs. Large patio area with table and chairs (seats 8). We leave everything you will possibly need for the perfect summer vacation - bikes, a kayak, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, coolers - Just come and enjoy the bonnet lifestyle!

Perfect for 3 Moms and their total of 6 kids!!

This house had more than enough room for 3 Moms and 6 kids ranging from 4-9 yrs old. The house was very comfortable and clean and the yard was great for after beach activities like baseball and tag. Loved the short walk to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. We already decided to make it a yearly vacation at his same house:) What great memories!!
