Our home is an open floor plan with 12-foot ceilings and a spacious deck to allow room to sit and talk from anywhere in the house for an exceptional entertaining atmosphere, all while taking in the spectacular views of the lake.
Designed as a 2-story lakeside home, we offer 8 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a great room, Family/Media room area, large 8 chair dining room, breakfast area, large open kitchen, upstairs bar area, an inside game room, wet bar downstairs, pool table, dartboard, stereo surround sound system, large 50' flat panel TV in the great room, 42' flat panel in den, 37' flat panel in Master Bedroom, 15' flat panel in all other bedrooms, VCR/DVD in all rooms, wireless internet connection, free long distance phone, and perhaps the best feature -the lake is right at your doorstep!
The lakeside of the house plan is 70% glass so you get amazing views throughout the home.
With this lake front lot, we were able to build the home at the 50 foot set-back line from the water's edge, so it is very close to the dock and affords wonderful views of the lake from the upper deck and lower patio. Relax at the patio right beside the water and take in the views and activities from the lake only steps away from the dock and water's edge.
The main dock is a large U-shape design 20 ft x 40 ft with 2 jet ski docking stations also with a large sitting area at the waters edge beside the pier from the floating dock. We have an additional fixed pier 60 ft up the shore for fishing or just relaxing.
Bring the whole family; our home has accommodations to sleep up to 25 guests with 8 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 2 pull out queen sofas in the Great room and the lower level den has 1 full size sleeper sofa plus 2 twin sleeper sofa love seats. The Main level has a Master bedroom with a king-size bedroom suite, also on main bedroom #2,#3,#4, #5 have queen-size bedroom suites. The lower level has Bedroom # 6 with a Queen bed and Twin bed , Bedroom # 7 Queen bed, and a small bedroom #8 with a full bed . The main level of the house has easy access with no stairs and you can drive right up to the front to unload to start your vacation.
Beautifully decorated in a lake theme with relaxing colors will give you the feeling of a true get away. Two outside patio table areas located on the lower patio and pier and a gas grill for outside entertainment. Enjoy the lake front dining at the local restaurants that are within a few miles by water or land.
Deep, year round water at the end of dock for boating and a great place to swim! Fishing, skiing, swimming, or just relaxing, this area has it all! Beautiful views from everywhere in the house! We provide the sheets, towels and start up set of paper goods and hand soaps, you bring bathing suits! We also have available a portable crib, pack-n-p;ay and high so you do not have to pack those things for your trip. We really want to make your vacation easy and enjoyable so come stay with us and catch some sun, fun and relax at our new home.
We have available 24 ft Pontoon boats for rent, and the marina 1 mile away has ski boats and jet skis for rent to make your lake vacation package complete. We welcome you to use our 2 kayaks and paddle boat that come with the house.
