Description of the Destin vacation cottage rental
Spectacular beach cottage, bring your family to stay in this fabulous beach home in Destin, FL. Very close to the beach (only 3 houses away) and with plenty of decks (800sq ft) and windows. The sunsets from the back decks over looking the private pool will take your breath away. The kitchen has what you need for those summer dinners as well as new stainless steel appliances. The living room has a huge plasma screen TV with comfy seating. The private 12x16 pool is surrounded by stone and colorful wisteria. The Crows nest on the third floor, is a prefect place for a morning cup of coffee over looking the village of Frangista Beach. You will enjoy a week in one of the best kept and meticulously decorated homes in Destin. Close to community amenities including private walkway to beach, cafes and coffee shops. The Destin area is widely known as the 'Luckiest Fishing Village in the World!' Deep sea fishing is very popular and Destin hosts many fishing tournaments. The sugar white beaches, the mild climate, and the clear blue-green waters are a big attraction! The Destin area also boasts several shopping areas including the Destin Commons Mall which also includes restaurants and a movie theater. There is also a designer outlet mall in the area called, 'Silver Sands Outlet Mall' with many designer outlet stores less than 5 min away. The harbor area has shopping, dining, and boating! Don't miss taking a dolphin cruise! There are plenty of dolphin to see in the area. If Golf is your game of choice, there are several championship golf courses to play! Charter fishing trips can be arranged during the season. With so many choices you will wish you booked two weeks.

Full payment and taxes are due 30 days prior to your occupancy date. Rental payment and taxes can be charged via credit card (Visa or MasterCard), credit card form will be supplied on request and must be faxed to our office 30 days prior to rental date.
Reservation Cancellation Policy:
If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the booking, the security deposit will not be refunded. However, if we can rebook the property for the advertised price your rent
