One bedroom has a King size bed with a 32 inch LCD Television. The other bedroom has a Queen size bed, a 27 inch TV, and a balcony. Each room has a private bathroom. In addition, a very comfortable queen-sized air mattress is available for additional guests.

Fully equipped kitchen (with everything from cooking utensils to a coffee maker and a blender). Central Air Conditioning, Marble floors, Washer/Dryer, TV in both bedrooms, TV with VCR and DVD in Family Room, Stereo/CD Player, High Speed Internet Connection (Wireless and Ethernet connection available).

This is a no-smoking unit. There is a terrace in the same floor where smoking is allowed.

In the heart of Condado, by far the best area in San Juan! On Ashford Avenue, between Marriott Stellaris Hotel and the Renaissance La Concha Hotel (less than 3 minute walk to either). Less than 50 meters from the beach, walking distance from many restaurants, hotels, bars, casinos, shops, and much more. 10 minute drive (or less!) from the San Juan airport (SJU) and 5 minutes from The Old San Juan and the Cruise/Port area.

Magnificent

We have just returned from a 4 nights stay at this apartment. The apartment is magnificent. It is one of those places that internet pictures simply do no justice. It was so lovely that it was hard to drag ourselves back to the airport and leave!

The apartment and rooms are clean and modern, the towels are soft and fluffy. The rooms were a good size and each had there own bathroom. The first bedroom had a queen bed and a small deck that over looked the street. The second room was larger and had a king bed. We enjoyed the shared side deck with the view of the beach. The washer and drier also came in very handy!

Everything we needed to enjoy the beach was included…beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. The kitchen was full of everything we needed to cook with and serve food. There was plenty of room to sit down and eat. There were four of us staying there and we had another couple over for dinner and we all had plenty of space at the table and in the living room.

The apartment was centrally located. We could leave the apartment and walk to our left or right and find a good place to shop, eat or drink. The beach was located just off the back of the building. Just a short drive or cab ride brings you to Old San Juan.

If your idea of a vacation includes staying at a modern, gorgeous apartment this is the place for you!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: I have to agree, the pictures do no justice. It is a very spacious unit and I have tried to equip it with everything that you might need on a vacation or business trip. I am continuously improving the unit to assure that it meets the expectations of our guests. If for any reason something doesn’t work, I will make sure it gets fixed as soon as possible!

Then again, the greatest feeling and best reward is a pleased customer willing to come back!

A very nice stay...

Our trip to Puerto Rico and Condado went great. Due to circumstances out of our control, I had to scramble for an apartment within a week of our arrival. Carlos was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is in the DaVinci tower right within the tourist area of Condado Beach. There was plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area with an active night life. The location directly in the tourist zone was the apartment's only real drawback. There was quite a bit of noise from the street and surrounding area at night. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. However, you can't beat the location for being on 50 yards from the beach. Our kids could easily run back to the apartment for drinks, supplies, and the bathroom. It was close and very convenient. ! It was also very convenient to have the parking garage below the building. You don't have to pay for parking like at the hotels, and it was great to drive to some of the sites.
This is a 'no thrills' apartment, but is worth the price.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great place if you love nightlife

This apartment is in a great location on the main drag in Condado. There are several bars and restaurants in the area, as well as the big hotels (Renaissance La Concha and Marriott). The beach is just a half block away. The parking under the bldg was handy since there is almost no street parking available. We always felt quite safe and it was pretty easy to grab a taxi at the Marriott if we didn't want to drive.

The apartment is very, very spacious and well cared for. Digital cable in living room and both bedrooms. Kitchen is small but had most gadgets, including a juicer. We bought "chinas" (juice oranges) at the Santurce market, about a 10 min walk away. Managers were pleasant to deal with.

ADVISORY: The apartment is on the second floor, above a popular gym, and one bedroom faces the main street. The windows are those shutter things that are not even close to soundproof. If you like bar-hopping and want a place to sleep at the end of the night that isn't an expensive taxi ride away, this place is very convenient and comfortable. If you do not sleep like the dead, however, I suggest you might be happier elsewhere.

Perfect location and spacious condo

Condado is a very lively place and the condo is in a perfect location for beach, bars and restaurants. Only 10 mins to airport. Carlos sorted everything out and Sonia the cleaner did a great job.
The condo is very spacious and has everything you would possibly need. The bedroom on the front can be quite noisy from traffic and the gym underneath does start music quite early in the mornings but after a couple of nights we hardly noticed. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay.
Great value for money and only 2 blocks from the Marriott hotel which we used whilst waiting for a late flight home.
Highly recommended!

You can book this one with confidence

Finally, a rental where the owner thought about the small details that make for comfort. This is in a great location and the master bedroom is perfect. Good reading lights by the bed, great closet space, clean and everything maintained. After we arrived, I mentioned to Carlos that the coffee maker was a little sluggish. He was back in hours with a new one.
He has a wonderful cleaning person and is all you could ask for in an owner. We were two couples who stayed over Christmas and we were so lucky to have chosen this apartment. Great restaurants and groceries available at the Walgreens just across the street. By the way, if you are planning to stay in San Juan you must have dinner at Marmalade in Old San Juan. Absolutely unforgettable.
Don't bother with a car. Taxi's are inexpensive and everywhere.
You will not go wrong with this apartment !
