Come TO SEA SUMMONS for a vacation retreat in this lovely, private, home with it's own pool, located between Destin and Seaside. Enjoy open air evening concerts, as well as restaurants & shopping at near by Gulf Place or Sea Side, off highly desirable Scenic 30A. The house itself has many amenities. Patio doors open to decks off the first & second floors, which look out over the pool. Sit on the deck in the evening & be lulled by the sound of the water cascading from the dolphin fountains, poolside. Grill your freshly caught fish (or purchase from the nearby fish market) on the Weber Kettle, just outside the dining room. There is a second deck off the 2nd fl. loft The house is fully equipped with cable TVs, stereos, CD, VCR, and DVD Internet, 3 BIKES and 2 KAYAKS, 2 SWINGS hanging under the house, and an exterior closed in shower for leaving the sand outside. The beautiful emerald water & white sand beaches are within leisurely walking distance.

    Reservation Cancellation Policy:
    If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the scheduled date, the deposit will not be refunded, unless the property is rebooked for the advertised price.
  • Special Holiday Rate: Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks rent for $1,200.00.

Beach Access: It is 4 short blocks (500 yards) to the beach, which is a leisurely 5 min walk. If you wish to drive because you are taking chairs, cooler, etc. there is parking available along with restrooms, shower, and a covered pavilion for picnicking. The beach is wide, private, and quiet no motorized vehicles allowed. Lifeguard on duty for your safety. There is plenty of fun to experience with our bikes and ocean kayaks. Create wonderful memories for your family.

Our stay at the Sea Summons was wonderful. We had nine adults and one child and we were all very comfortable. We enjoyed going to the beach everyday and then coming back to the house to swim in the pool. The whole experience was great! Good place to stay if your going to Santa Rosa.

Great Family Vacation at Sea Summons

Our family vacation was a great week at Sea Summons, Santa Rosa Beach. Eleven of us traveled from KY, TX and SC to meet at the snow white beaches of the panhandle.
I feel fortunate to have found your rental site and the beach house. It was great for sleeping, cooking big meals, playing games, watching movies, playing in the pool, and the short walk to the beach. Of course we traveled the few miles to the outlet mall in Destin for lots of bargains and to Panama City for the sites. We loved eating seafood at GoatFeathers which was so conveniently located right by the beach entrance. I would recommend this rental house to any family who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful Home

My husband Josh and I were recently married in Destin and stayed at Sea Summons for our Honeymoon. It was such a wonderful occasion and the house was perfect for our family get-togethers before and even after the wedding. There is plenty of space in the kitchen and to barbecue on the grill provided. The pool was a really nice touch for anyone who wanted an afternoon dip and didn't want to have to get sandy at the beach (even if it is only a short walk away)! There is plenty of things to do close by, and past visitors have contributed to a huge binder with suggestions. I recommend Goatfeathers Restaurant. It's across the street and has great/inexpensive seafood. It was really an experience to remember and we will definitely be back this summer. Thanks again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sea Summons. The house was very welcoming and cozy. We were a block away from the wonderful Gulf Coast. And a very short drive from both Destin and Panama. The private pool with dolphin fountain was fabulous and so relaxing! We made many new memories in this house and plan to make m ore every year. Including a huge memory next year, our wedding and honeymoon! We can't wait to go back!
