Just minutes by boat to the Indian River Bay and Inlet, so if it's fishing and crabbing you want, this is the spot for you. The inside of the unit has been completely renovated. This home provides everything you need for a wonderful family vacation, including a foosball table for the young or young at heart. You are just a short drive (2.5 miles) to Bethany Beach and the State Park Beaches. Come and enjoy an affordable week at the Beach. This is a no smoking no pet property.
