HIGH COUNTRY LOG CABIN - SKI, HIKE, BIKE, FISH AND RELAX

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The home is well appointed with every possible comfort. Great for young children or couples. We enjoyed tubing nearby as well as jem mining and local dining. We look forward to staying here again!!

When we arrived at the cabin, it was exactly as it was discribed on the internet, plus the owners have added so many more touches that you feel like you are home. The cabin was well equipped with just about anything you would need except food and drinks, plenty of towels, linens, and appliances for most needs. The owners info on the cabin leaves out that there is a swing and rocking chairs on the front porch, and that the back porch is split between an open area and a screened porch which gives you the ability to leave the back door open for air flow.

Cabin is in a great location between Boone, NC and Banner Elk, NC in a little community called Seven Devils, quite, easy to get to, cabin is situated on a small hill which gives it great views, and is far enough away from other cabins to provide privacy. Owners are great, they stay in touch with you before and after your stay to make sure your stay was what you expected it to be, easy to work with.

We rent a cabin about twice a year, and this cabin will be at the top of our list for future stays in this area of the North Carolina mountains.

The cabin was very well appointed with pretty much everything you would need, except for food & drinks. Cabin is well located between Boone, NC & Banner Elk, NC, owners directions and map made it easy to find. Cabin sits on a rise, and has plenty of space between other cabins, which provides privacy. Cabin was very clean, nice decor, plenty of towels and linens, owners have provided many touches to make you feel right at home. Information about cabin in VRBO was correct, front porch has swing & rockers, and back porch is divided between an open area and a screened porch which gave you an option to leave back door open for an open airy feeling.

Again, location is great, beautiful community, quite location, oneway in and oneway out , cabin is perfect for any getaway year round. Will visit again, we rent a cabin in the mountains at least twice a year, and this cabin will be on the top of our list for places to stay. Owners are great to deal with, stay in contact before and after renting to make sure cabin was what you expected and that you enjoyed your stay.
