NOTE: This home is managed by its owners Mark & Annie, who reside in the caretakers apartment on the lower-level with separate entrance. You will rarely see the owners, but they are readily available to address your needs.

A fully furnished kitchen, with lots of counter space, has a full stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker. There is a telephone and an answering machine, as well as a separate laundry room on the lower level with washer and dryer. Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and an umbrella are available.
There are two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a private full baths. The 'Blue Room' is located on the second floor and the 'Green Room' is on the main level, adjacent to the living room. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, or leave the French doors open and enjoy the tropical breeze. There are plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the view and find your favorite constellation. The loft is above the Great room, offering additional space which sleeps 2 guests in a Queen bed and Full bed.
Bella Vista is a wonderful house for a secluded honeymoon, but is equally comfortable with two couples or a small family.
This St. John villa rental is five miles (20 minutes) from Cruz Bay on Centerline Road and then one and a half miles on the paved Bordeaux Mountain Road. The last .25 mile to Bella Vista is unpaved (4WD is A MUST), and is an adventurous drive. It is a six minute drive to the Northshore Beaches; three minutes to the Reef Bay Trail; seven minutes to Coral Bay; From the front door, you can hike the Bordeaux Mountain Trail to Lameshur Beach in one hour.
St. John is reached from St. Thomas via a twenty min. ferry ride. St. Thomas is primarily serviced by Delta, American, US Air and United from the states.

NOTE, NOTE: If you are not adventurous, our house may not be for you, as the last 1/4 mile to our house is off road. It's really not bad, but it's not paved - if you've driven on hilly dirt roads with rocks before, then you'll be fine. The ride is worth the view. This ain't Kansas any more Toto...
