Our townhouse is a short walk from one of the premiere east coast family vacation beaches, South Forest Beach, located on Hilton Head Island. Nestled within our peaceful community, this townhouse is only a leisurely walk or bicycle ride from both a state of the art fitness center, and Coligny Plaza where there is a grocery store, a convenience store, a bakery, beach shops, restaurants, and nightly entertainment.
The townhouse, a two-bedroom/two and a half bath, is tastefully decorated in a tropical decor. The spacious living room includes a TV, DVD/VCR, high speed Internet access, and a queen size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed with a private bath. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a private bath. Both bedrooms have a TV and VCR.
The kitchen is completely stocked with a full complement of dishes, glasses, cutlery, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, disposal, blender, and much more. You can choose to eat casually, on bar stools, or more formally in the dining room.
Included in your rental are free: DSL service, local phone service and cable TV service (in living room and both bedrooms), central air conditioning and heating. A washer and dryer is conveniently located near the master bedroom.
One of the complexes three swimming pools is approximately 50 yards from the townhouse. Since Hilton Head is the home to a myriad of golf courses, you can plan your ideal golf outing. If you enjoy tennis, there are plenty of courts within the complex at no cost to you. Also within walking distance, you may play at the world famous Van der Meer Tennis Club.
Travel a short distance from your serene beach get-away and visit Charleston or Savannah for low-country charm or stay on the island and relax in the charm and warmth of the unchanged natural island setting.
Shop until you drop ... in the many outlets just off the island!
Pets: There Are No Additional Pet Fees because pets are considered family members!
Pet friendly animals are welcome (dogs, birds, and caged animals). All necessary proof of recent flea and tick treatment must be current through the rental period. Current rabies and kennel cough vaccination are required for dogs.

Rentals: Saturday to Saturday
Minimum Stay: Three Days in the off-season (November through February)
Deposit and payments:
To confirm and hold your reservation request, a 40% deposit is due within seven days of your reservation request. The balance of your rental fee and a refundable $400/damage deposit (a separate check) is due prior to 60 days of check-in. Payments may be made by check, money order, or charged to Visa or MasterCard.
