The cottage is located on Route 9 (Lakeshore Drive) one mile north of Lake George village on the west side of the lake. The property consists of 3.5 acres with nearly 900' of private shoreline. The 1664 SF cottage was constructed in 2006 and has all the amenities of contemporary living and is fully furnished; you only need bring linens. There is a private 40' by 8' dock for your swimming, sunning & boat tie-up needs, sandy beach for youngsters, picnic benches and clay tennis court. The cottage is totally winterized for year round use.

Great location. Great house. Great grounds

We loved our stay here. The owners were at the main house, and were super nice. They gave us a nice tour of the grounds, and the grounds are terrific. Located right on the lake, right outside the village of Lake George, you could spend your whole day just relaxing at the lake, with several different views. We really loved it.

The house is clean and well tended. They have a gas fireplace, which was great.

I can't say enough about our stay. It was excellent. If we should go to Lake George again, we would diffently book our stay here.
