Our three bedroom - two story town home is in the gated resort complex of Gulf & Bay Club Bayside - all Key West style town homes with their own one car attached garages. Our place is 1835 square feet interior with 400 square feet in lanai and screened balconies on the first and second levels - all overlooking the Bay. Floor to ceiling windows all around the living room and dining room with a view of the Bay. Watch the boats float by! Newly renovated kitchen with granite counters and New stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, and built in wall oven with microwave. NEW 60' flat screen TV in Living room. All bedrooms have a TV. NEW full size front load Tumble washer and dryer in the unit. King bed in Master bedroom, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom, and Two Twin beds in 3rd bedroom. Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and beach cart to pack n roll to beach

Description and photos reflect accurately this rental town home. We enjoyed the pool right across the from the home and the reasonable walk to the beautiful beach. We all agreed that this is a nice property and that the owner appears to care for this property well. It is highly recommended.
