Madre Del Mar Villa, directly on the beach front, in Los Conchas gated community....Our villa is walled in with private under roof parking. The stairway on the beach front takes you to the prestine beach and gentle surf all sandy with coral reefs 1/4 block distance from the villa for little ones to explore as well as being only 1 1/2 blocks from the bird estuary. Be our guests at the villa, our concierge will help with arranging different activities.. We accept bookings of 2 persons to a maximum of 24 persons. Our casitas are wonderful for a couple or for a small family of 3-5 persons. Our townhome(s) are comfortable for 3-6 persons or you can book the whole villa (all walled in for privacy) for up to 24 persons (with using of sofa beds). There are four units total that make up the whole villa with the two townhomes in front that open up with a center door to create a large home / villa. three tiers to our beach front porch all roofed over for your comfort. Fire pit on porch.

  • Due to the economy we have lowed rental costs for winter /spring and summer bookings. Our Casitas are a great value...$100.00-125.00 a night for a small family, up to 5 persons economically... Casitas are a large studio apt setting with all amenities. All windows have beach and ocean views. Internet access, free phone to call back to USA

    $200- 300.00 a night a town home (DOS) that is 1500 square feet, two bedrooms / 2 bathrooms plus sofas, sleeps up to 8 persons comfortably. All amenities , + ON THE BEACH FRONT. When refrigeration / air conditioning is required ( summers) add on $35.00 per day. Great Value for family


    $750-900.00 a night for both townhomes and both casitas (DOS). Whole villa sleeps 24 persons. If you want up to 30 persons..... pay a little extra and bring blow up mattresses or cots...

  • Each bath in the town houses is large and decorated to match the bedroom theme. Each bath in the studio apartments has a small dressing area with separate bath area that is very accommodating. There is an outdoor shower on the stairway to the beach. Fresh bottled drinking water in each unit.

  • Each bedroom suite ( all 6 of them) have beach and ocean views as we are directly on the beach front, decorated with the flavors of Olde Mexico and its history. Each bedroom IS its own suite with private bath. There are four units that make up our villa. Our townhomes have two bedroom suites each. Casitas are a large studio apt. setting. Each unit has its own phone to call back to the states at No charge. Wireless Internet access in each unit. Satilite TV is available in two of the four units. All units have CD/ DVD player. Large video library. Both town homes and casitas have private porches. All beds are queen size. We have 10 queen beds total taking in the whole villa, plus 4 sleeper sofas and two regular sofas. Weddings : Your wedding can be beautiful and intimate here at our villa. We can accommodate up to 30 persons for your wedding party event with beach front porch seating on two tiers. Our wedding planner can assist you with your details. Cost of using our facilities for your wedding or your wedding reenactment are additional to the cost of renting our villa for your stay. All wedding parties carry an additional cost depending on the size of the wedding party itself. For best choices of times to pick from for your wedding..... always book where your wedding will be held first .... as this way you will not be disappointed and have to pick a different place or a different date. Do to the work of a wedding and the extra people that gather and use the infrastructure we are not able to run special pricing on the villa as we can for family gatherings. Weddings are booked at Prime Time costs of $1,100.00 a night with a maximum of up to 24 persons as registered guests.

Family Reunions!!!: We love family reunions as our family is la large one so we know what will please you for your stay. We can book a chef to cook all your meals, serve and clean up. We can book spa treatments to come right here to the villa....from facials, massages, pedicures and manicures. Plus sailing trips, bird Island or evening cruses, fishing trips, whale watching, jet skis, kayaks, horseback riding, exercise theropist, para sailing, golf and more for your family fun, plus there are a couple of local side trips that we can take you to for a day away. Relation and bonding is what family reunions are all about and you will enjoy your stay with us and have fun. We also have phones to call back to the states at no cost to you, Wireless Internet access, TV and more for your comfort zones. Our event planner can take care of all your needs...... just give us a call.

Ski: Jet Sking can be booked ahead for a special time for your group..... we just need to know the details of what your wanting. Jet Ski's hold up to three persons and can be booked for as little as one hour.

Golf: Our event planner can set up your golf T time for you at one of the resorts on Sandy Beach if you wish for some special time for your special game. let us know when your booking your stay and we will take care of it for you.

Wonderful Place for a Special Occasion

I can't say enough about Kathy, the owner, and the beautiful property. I along with 19 of my girlfriends, celebrated my 50th birthday party there last October. Kathy helped to organize an "all inclusive" event with spa treatments, a chef, entertainment, activities, and excursions. Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend Madre Del Mar and Kathy!

Kathy was Awesome. The place was incredible and Kathy was so accommodating. She arranged Massages, Pedicures, Boogie boarding, a chef for one night and horseback riding. Offered much more. She even took care of our medical care. Drove us to the Red Cross and helped out with whatever we needed. We will for sure be back next year!

Our family and friends have been coming to Villa Madre Del Mar for the over 5 years and it is always a wonderful experience. Kathy is a gracious hostess and always makes our stay memorable. Property is in excellent condition, clean and well maintained with the feeling of home. Great patio and beach front for watching ocean sunset & sunrise plus plenty of living area for everyone to spread out and enjoy. We recommend Villa Madre Del Mar to everyone expressing an interest in coming to Rocky Point. A great place to stay that is peaceful yet close enough to town to enjoy the activity.

Relaxing and Beautiful Property!

We just went as a family and rented both townhouses in March 2008. We've been at Madre Del Mar a few times before too and we keep coming back! The property is perfect for larger and smaller families and the area of beach that it is on is one of the most beautiful in Las Conchas. The tides going in and out and amazing and wonderful for kids to go explore and find little creatures and the tide comes up for a cool swim! While we have never utilized the services, Kathy has always been very helpful in offering to set up services for us if we need them which is very useful. Kathy is wonderful to deal with and we hope to come back many more times to make lasting memories with our family!

My husband & I, along with my sister, enjoyed this property very much. It was the first time we stayed on a beachfront property in Rocky Pointe, & now feel we will stay on the beach from now on. We rented a casita & found it very comfortable. The owner also showed us all the rooms that were available at the Villa & we know we will try the larger rooms in the future. The beach was beautiful & quiet. This is definitely a place to vacation & relax. Recommed very highly!
