'Shipwatch' is a four-story condominium. which sits right on the Beach of the Atlantic Ocean! Topsail Island is a 26 mile long Barrier Island with clean uncrowded beaches. North Topsail Beach is at the Northern part of Topsail Our condo is charming and comfortable, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It is 1200sq.foot. Has a large 168sq. ft deck with great view of the Ocean. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full bath The second bedroom has two full-size beds. 2nd bath has afull bath with double vanity. There is a highchair in the unit. Shipwatch has private parking and two elevators, a large pool and tennis courts. Golfing (North Shore Country Club) is only four miles away with many more golf courses in the area. Pets are NOT allowed. Ocean temperatures in May and June are in the 75+ degrees and July to the end of October the oceans temperatures are 80+ degrees. It has many nice and quaint gift shops and delicious and reasonable restaurants.

Where there are many small restaurants and shops. North Topsail Beach is just North of Surf City on Topsail Island.
