PAUOLE BEACHFRONT VILLA

A stunning newer Beachfront Villa located on a point off the Key Peninsula is just an hour and 15 minutes southwest of Seattle. This amazing property displays jaw-dropping views of the Puget Sound and boasts your own magnificent private pea gravel beach. This spectacular waterfront Villa is spacious enough to sleep 10 people comfortably with over 4,000 square feet of indoor living space. The Villa has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a great room, a spacious loft, full media room, 2 decks, and a 2-car garage. Overlooking outstanding views of year round boat traffic is a soaring 20 ft. wall of glass in the great room. This, along with many other features, makes this getaway Villa the premier vacation rental property in all of Washington!

This elegantly furnished Villa is intended to make you feel as though you’re living in a 5 star hotel. The space is designed with clean, contemporary lines, beautifully hand scraped solid walnut flooring, natural stone flooring, and soft carpeting throughout the bedrooms. Off of the great room is a covered deck with a private sun deck above accessible only from the master suite. This is where you can enjoy the wildlife views of more than 3 bald eagles and their nests, deer, blue heron, osprey, and seals.

There are 3 luxurious bedroom suites, each with a private bath and dual sinks. There are 2 additional bathrooms conveniently located on the main floor and lower level. The sleeping arrangement consists of 4 queen beds and 2 single twin bed in bunk bed format in the 4th bedroom. The master suite houses its own indoor jetted tub. The Villa also comes equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Wireless internet is included.

The gourmet kitchen includes a commercial grade 36” gas cook top allowing you to prepare whatever dishes your guests’ desire. If the weather is too nice to cook indoors there is an outdoor kitchen with built-in gas barbeque grill and burner aside a private 7 person hot tub/spa. Near the 1200 square ft. outdoor living room is a magnificent circular Zen garden.

If you prefer, unwind inside near any of the 3 cozy gas fireplaces to read, or just relax in the media room to watch a movie on your 60” plasma television or play some pool in the game room. The great room displays a 20ft. tall stone fireplace with a built-in 40” LCD television. This is truly a world-class design with luxury living and extreme privacy in both your Villa and your secluded beach.

The property is located in Longbranch, just 20 minutes south of the Maritime City of Gig Harbor where fine dining, shopping and entertainment can be found. A boat launch is just 2 miles north of the Villa in beautifully wooded Joemma Beach State Park and another located about 1 mile east.

This home was originally purchased as a home away from home for my family. Now that our family has grown, we find less and less of an opportunity to spend time at the Villa. I purchased this vacation home before it was finished so I could put my personal touches on it. This property is my favorite place in the world to visit and stay.

My husband and I have used VRBO for years, but this property brought tears to my eyes when I walked through the door. I could hardly sleep the first night because I was so happy that my family was excited about my selection. I promise you if you choose this property you will not be disappointed. Wow! This villa is breathtaking from the moment you enter the front door. The views are amazing and the villa is awesome. The owner has provided everything you could possible want or need, right down to the soaps and toothbrushes! We loved our stay and did not want to leave...we'll be back!

Wow! This home was a perfect treat for myself and my
family. The location, views of the water, comfort of
the beds, the furniture, and the space was fantastic.
It was a perfect getaway to relax, read and enjoy being
away from the city. I will definitely come back!
