Washer & dryer are inside the unit for ultimate convenience. Gas & charcoal barbeque grills are just steps away in the pool area. You'll find plenty of bath and beach towels, bed sheets, pillows & blankets in the large closets. The kitchen is complete with all the dishes, cookware & utensils you'll need for preparing your favorite meals or new island delights! General Rental Information: General Information: Rental rates generally range from $ 155-250/night depending upon the number of people in your party, the dates you desire and the length of your stay. Discounts are available for multiple-week, monthly and long term accommodations. A cleaning fee of $ 95-125(non-refundable) and a security deposit (refundable within 60 days following your tenancy) will be added to your total rental fee. A minimum deposit of $ 300 is required to secure your reservation dates for any rental period of 4-7 nights; deposits for multiple week and long term reservations may be figured at 20% of the full amount(s) due. Full payment is due 60 days in advance of your arrival date. Cancellations must be received in writing no less than 60 days in advance of reservation date to obtain refund less $ 200 bookkeeping fee. No refunds with less than 60 days notice of cancellation.
