This beautiful two bedroom two bath ocean front condo was recently purchased and renovated. It features new tile flooring throughout, new appliances, new kitchen and bath including Corian countertops. The unit is tastefully decorated with soothing colors. There is a new deck off of the master bedroom and the living room. The deck has a northern exposure view of the ocean and is just perfect for watching the waves roll in or enjoying a cocktail in the evening. Stroll down the private walkway to the beach where you can enjoy lots of room to play. This beach is not crowded like many along the coast. Or maybe you would enjoy just relaxing and taking in the view from the ocean front pool. We fell in love with Amelia Island on our first trip and we are sure you will too! This unit is a rare find for those of you traveling with children. We have equipped our condo with a Pack & Play and a Highchair.

We Own 2 Condo's in this complex: If you are looking to vacation with another couple or family and want to stay in the same condo complex, we can help. We own three condos on the island and two of them are in this complex. Both condos are almost identical in decor and floor plan. If you are checking availability and the dates you are seeking are not available, check with me, we might have an opening at one of our other places.

This was our first trip to Amelia Island and we loved it! Much less commercial than other beaches we've visited and so family friendly. The condo was clean, fresh, and beautifully decorated. We fully enjoyed our vacation and look forward to returning to this charming area.
