Easy access to First and Second Beaches, downtown Newport, gorgeous Sachuest National Wildlife Refuge and all of the fun & adventure to be had in both Newport and Middletown, RI! Complete renovation in 2006--fresh paint, hardwoods throughout. New furnishings in Spring 2007. Spacious feeling layout with open dining, windows galore, fireplace and generous closet space. Two queen bedrooms and full bath on main floor. Finished basement includes rec/living area with futon, bedroom with 2 twin beds, laundry room, full bath with shower, and storage. Relax and enjoy with barbecue grill, adirondack chairs, hammock, beach chairs, paperback library, games and more! Off street parking.
