Second house from the beach you are steps to the water. Fantastic ocean views from most windows this property also offers two large desks and one small deck off the master suite. Eating outside is a pleasure with the deck off the kitchen with a gas grill viewing the ocean waves. There is a very large working kitchen and separate eating area in the kitchen. The dining room is very spacious as are all the rooms. Televisions are in every bedroom plus family room and kitchen. The bedrooms are all extremely large. The address is 23 39th St., in Sea Isle City. This house is in the center of town which gives you walking access to most restaurants and other activities.

  • All payment for rentals must be paid in full 2 months prior to occupancy.
  • Security deposit of $350 will be refunded one month after occupancy. Also 12 beach tags are included in your stay but if any are lost a $15 charge will have to be taken for each one lost.
  • Special discounts will apply to all weeks prior to June 30 and after September 1st.

  • The master suite has a beautiful glass block shower with a pedestal sink and tile floor. The half bath also has a pedestal sink and tile floor. The last full bathroom is the largest of all which has a combo tub/shower and tile floor.

  • Bedrooms are all very spacious. The master suite has a sun room sitting area with a master deck overlooking the ocean. It has an extremely large deck with furniture, overlooking the ocean. All bedrooms have televisions. Some bedrooms have ceiling fans but all have stand up fans. The whole house has central air and 1 extra wall unit in one bedroom.
