2BR 2 full bath condo across the street from the ocean. There is a public walkway from the complex to the beach. This condo has a 20 x 40 foot pool from 3 feet to 8 feet deep that was newly resurfaced in 2006. This is a low rise complex, so you will have plenty of room at the pool and beach. This condo sits on the back side of the complex, so you have beautiful marsh views. The condo is on the third floor which is only two flights of stairs. This condo is clean. The condo was updated in July 2005 with new wallpaper, paint, and fixtures throughout. The second bathroom has a toilet, pedestal sink, and 38 in. neoangle shower--all new in 2005.

Cherry Grove Pier is located at 37th ave, only 5 blocks away. The boat landing and fishing in the inlet waterway is located on 53rd avenue. Cherry Grove is a family oriented beach. Come and enjoy the ocean, the pool, and all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Across Street from Beach: The condo is located at 4201 North Ocean Blvd in Cherry Grove North Myrtle Beach. The condo is in a building across the street from the building but the unit is located on the back side of the building with a marsh view. There is a balcony overlooking the marsh. There is a public walk to the beach from both ends of the building. The building contains 42 units.

Items Available: There is a large pool that goes from 3 feet to 8 feet deep. There are lounge chairs around the pool. There are community grills to use. There are washers and dryers that are on the first floor.
