Thanks for taking a look at our little beach house. We really enjoy it and think you will also. It is very close to all you need in a beach vacation.
Our house is a 1500 square foot two story. Each floor has a bedroom with queen bed, built in bunk beds and a bath. In addition, upstairs has the kitchen, family room, breakfast bar and covered deck with picnic table and sitting area. Downstairs has a play area for the kids, laundry room, and porch with gas grill. Both living areas have TVs. Also there's a hot/cold outdoor shower that makes rinsing off after a day at the beach easy!
We are 1200 feet from the beach on a dead end road. No traffic! There is direct beach access as the public right-of-way is at the end of the road. On our corner is great pizza place, movie rental store, bike rentals and a convenience store within walking distance. Everything you need is accessible!
GOOGLE: 107 Campbell Street, Santa Rosa Beach, FL. The house backs up to the round cul-de-sac, about 600 feet from the main road on the left. 1200 total walking feet to the beach, cross the street and straight down the public beach access.
Two Georgia families own Real Hospitality. We are lifelong friends and have come to the Gulf for many years. We actually like it best in the fall months when there is less hustle and bustle. Also no wait for a great table at the BEST restaurants!

Real Hospitality has the best of both worlds. You will have easy access to the most beautiful beach on 30-A and plenty of choices for eating, drinking or playing right around the corner after a full day on the beach. We love Seagrove and think you will too.

We had such a good time at Real Hospitality! The weather was great and we really enjoyed the bikes and beach toys in the shed. I would definitely recommend this house to my friends. My girlfriends and I had an amazing time and the house was absolutely perfect! We were able to ride our bikes to Seaside and enjoy the what the town has to offer without getting caught in the 30A traffic. It was an unforgettable trip!

This house was a perfect getaway experience for our family. There were six adults and 4 children under the age of 3. The house had everything we needed. The photos and description of the house and amenities in the vrbo add were all accurate! Two bedrooms, 4 bunks (built into the wall-cute and comfortable), full kitchen, two living rooms, two baths, well maintained and clean. Because of its location we had access to the beach, Publix was just around the corner, there are some restaurants close by and didn't have to drive a long distance for anything unless you just wanted to venture out. We enjoyed our stay and we all felt like it was too soon to leave. We highly recommend this house and hope to visit there many more times!!! The owners were wonderful also!!
Cute house right in the middle of everything, but on a quiet road just back from the beach and 30A. This house would be perfect for 2 families traveling together, as it has separate living quarters upstairs and down. The bunk beds in the hall are extra cute and comfy, and we loved the big porch upstairs. To get to the beach, you just stroll down the street, cross 30A at the crosswalk by Subway, and head straight across. Very nice owner, too! I'm sure we will be back!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this adorable beach house. We didn't want to leave! Easy walk to the beach, and just a few minutes' drive to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Can't say enough good things. The house had everything we needed and the decor was really cozy. Highly recommend!
