Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates starting at only $89/night, $550/week, $1,550/month. Inquire on Holiday rates.
  • Security deposits can be payable with Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or Debit Card through www.PayPal.com or through Western Union at time of reservation. The rent is due/payable in 'CASH' when we meet at the building for the check in to exchange the rent for the keys/unit. If you rather pay the rent with a credit card, rent must be pre-paid at least 30 days prior to check in/arrival with a 4% surcharge added to the total amount.
    Cancellation Policy: Security deposits are only refundable with-in 48 hours after departure through PayPal or Western Union if there is no damage, theft or excessive cleaning required. If for any reason you cancel your reservation and don't rent or stay in the unit, you lose your security deposit.
  • Check in time: From 2:00pm-10:00pm Check out time: Before 12:00pm. All utilities, phone line (unlimited local calls), cable, free wi-fi Internet in lobby, restaurant and bar area, free 24 hours daily valet parking.
    This unit has room service/cleaning and is stocked with clean bath towels, beach towels and bed sheets before arrival and after departure.

We were so happy to have found this. I have already recommended Val's condo to a few people. It was just as he stated. Clean, updated and the location was perfect. Next trip to Miami we will stay here without hesitation.

Nous avons demeuré au condo de Val pendant une semaine.

Celui-ci est très bien entretenu, propre, et il contient tout ce dont vous avez besoin!!

À 10-15 minutes de voiture de south beach, épicerie a proximité !

Le condo est très bien comparativement aux autres chambres loués dans ce complexe... un must pour le prix.

Very nice rental property. Very nice location directly on beach. Beach was uncrowded and felt almost private. The studio is in a nice complex and was well maintained. The host was helpful and easy to deal with in all aspects of stay. Highly recommend.

Great place to leave it all behind

This was a great getaway and Val was the perfect host. The view was INCREDIBLE and what a beautiful way to wake up and end the evening. Couldn't have asked for anything better! Would highly recommend and I hope to be back.
