Photos and Description of the Fripp Island vacation house rental 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full baths, 1 Half bath, Sleeps 6 to 8

Located in the heart of Ocean Creek just off the 13th tee of Ocean Creek Golf Course which is Davis Love's first course and rated four and half stars by Golf Digest. It's just a few steps from the Cabana Club which is a 3 pool family complex and includes a bar and beach shop. It's also only a few steps from our front door to Camp Fripp (day camp for children) and crabbing dock is also just down the street. It's just a short golf cart ride to the beach or any amenity on the island. Our house is Charleston style with garage on the lower floor-second floor (front door) is the bedroom level with three bedrooms, two baths, laundry room and entrance foyer. Third floor is open with two dining areas, family area, modern kitchen and half bath. Both the second level and third level have decks open to the golf course with great views of the Ocean Creek Course, lots of wildlife, lagoon and great sunsets. House is always in excellent shape and includes everything needed for a great vacation.

For most people affordability and luxury do not meet, especially on Fripp. Luckily for our family, the Click’s offer a beautiful home on Fripp for a great value. Not only is the location excellent if you have kids, but it is close to everything on the island. The included golf cart should remove any worries you have about getting around easily and quickly. The house is exceptionally managed, well maintained, and ultimately exceeded our expectations. I happily recommend the home to anyone who would like to visit Fripp Island. I’m sure that we will be making our reservations for next summer before the calendar is booked up. If you have any doubts, I will personally testify to the professionalism of the owner and the quality of the home.

This was our second stay at this house, and our 9th trip to Fripp in the last 11 years. This is one of our favorite places to stay. Very clean, reasonable, comfortable and convenient to the part of the Island we like the best (Ocean Creek). Our kids (teenagers)love this area as well. Love hearing the frogs on the marsh at night. The golf cart is big plus. We hated to leave. Will definitely stay again.

I was the only adult with 3 teenage boys. Wow, what a wonderful home in an absoulute excellent location for the boys having everything at their fingertips. The golf cart is a plus. But just the actual house itself is wonderful. My boys already want to know when we are going back to "Their Fripp Island Home" ! Thank you Jim and Sally for such a wonderful week. The Doolittles

This home was very comfortable for our family of five. It was very quiet and the views from the decks were outstanding. The main living area is spacious, as are the bedrooms. The house is very conveniently located to the Cabana Club (the best pools for young children). The included golf cart is an absolute must for getting around the island, and the beach is a short golf cart ride away. This house is also very convenient to the playground and marina store and restaurant.

Excellent vacation location. Several golf buddies and I found this home very accomodating and allowed us ready access to several of the areas great golf courses (to include Ocean Creek). This is a beautiful home with lots of nice amenities. Our trip was in early October and the weather was absolutely perfect. Looking forward to again utilizing this beautiful vacation home in the future.
