Hi, our names are Sue and Dave. We are the owners of this ground-floor condominium in a gated community. Check out our website for a virtual tour of our condo. We chose this condominium because of its very close proximity to all of the theme parks, especially Disney. We have totally refurbished it, we trust to a high standard. It is suitable for all people including those with mobility problems (wheelchair friendly) - we even have a handicapped parking bay outside the front door and it is also suitable for families with small children. The very spacious living/entertainment area has two plush three seater comfortable sofas, one being a queen-size sofabed, there is also a 51 inch wide screen TV connected to the cable system and a DVD/VCR combo and a PlayStation (PS2) for those who enjoy playing games. A selection of DVD's, PS2 games, jigsaws, board games, and books are available for your use.

Close to restaurants & takeouts (great Pizzahut very close by).

Additional information about rental rates

  • From $70 per night. Discounts for weekly bookings $25 booking fee. Add 3% credit card charge.
  • For bookings in excess of 15 nights please contact us. A security deposit of $250 is required on booking. This will be returned within 30 days from departure providing no damage or excessive cleaning is required. One off booking fee of $25 is applicable. Bookings 4 nights or less, a cleaning fee will apply. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. All payments are accepted on our behalf by our management company in Florida. Rates exclude tax (currently 13%). Surcharge of 3% for credit cards, other means of payment incur no fee.

A large dining table with six hand-carved chairs for those who like to dine in. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. It also has a large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker (for those cocktails, etc.) large cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, toaster, coffeemaker, kettle, and teapot. A washer machine and tumble dryer can be found in the self-contained cupboard in the hallway. There is no need to go out to find a laundry. The master bedroom at the rear of the property overlooks a conservation area and lake. Also one of the communal swimming pools and hot tub is only a few steps from our patio, tables, chairs, and sun-loungers are also provided. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with luxurious bedding (we have spared no expense) with a TV for those late night movies.

There is also an en-suite with walk-in shower and a walk-in wardrobe. Also bedroom two and three are also fitted out to a high standard. Bedroom two has a queen-size bed with walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom three has two twin beds, also with walk-in wardrobe. This is the place to stay for your next great vacation!

We stayed in this condo last year for two weeks and we were so impressed we have already booked it for two weeks again this year. This condo is in an excellent location,in fabulous condition and presents great value for money. Sue and Dave are friendly and professional. Highly recommend this for a holiday be it for couples or familys.

I would like to say that the condo was absolutely fantastic!!!My whole family loved it. It is nicely decorated and very clean... it couldn't have been any nicer. The men really loved the 52 inch tv and all the video games and dvd's. It really felt homey. Even sand pails for my grandson to use at the playground... Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.. We will definetely be back!!
