Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, Joe's coffee.... everything! Spacious open living, dining, kitchen floor plan is great for entertaining. Enjoy our luxury gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, or walk to restaurants close by. Two bedrooms and one full bathroom up, half bathroom down, sleeps four. Furnished nicely with designer furniture and comfortable beach feel. Sunny with great cross ventilation, central air, hardwood floors, queen beds, ceiling fan in each bedroom, cathedral ceiling in front bedroom, balcony and bistro set off back bedroom, washer/dryer, large outdoor private use stone patio with teak furniture and gas grill. Free wireless DSL. Two parking spaces. We always have a great time here - you will too!

Me and my partner and our best friends stayed here last Labor Day week. We cannot wait to return! The townhouse is wonderful. The owners are awesome and the home is perfect. Everything is CLEAN and just like new. Wonderful patio to enjoy the Ptown weather. The location could not be better. Just a SHORT walk to everything, grocery store, Commercial Street, gym, etc. We couldn't have been more pleased and will return again next Labor Day.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway

Ideal Location, Beautiful Home

We have stayed at this location for the past 4 years during our July vacation. Every year, we find the place spotless upon arrival; and the rooms are all decorated beautifully. It is an ideal location, close to the beach and the center of town. It also has beautiful flower gardens for your enjoyment. We spend many nights eating on the outside patio(there is a grill for BBQ-ing), and we also enjoy the deck off the upstairs bedroom (very private). The kitchen has all the amenities of home, and the living room is spacious and enjoyable. It even has a washer and dryer, so you don't need to bring all of your dirty laundry home with you! We love it here, and will continue booking every year. The owners are wonderful and easy to get along with. There are a few simple house rules to follow, and that's it. (Specific detergent to use in the laundry, etc..) We have never had a problem and look forward to our time there every year!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
