Davenport is located southwest of Orlando. It's central location puts you within 15 minutes of Walt Disney World, 25 minutes to Sea World, 30 minutes to Universal Studio and anywhere in between for other great Orlando theme parks and nightlife. It features orange groves, conservation land and is in close proximity to lakes. Take advantage of the fishing, hiking and outdoor activities it has to offer. The Davenport area is known for having many golf courses, supermarkets, shopping and restaurants. Day tripping to the beach couldn't be easier with the Gulf Coast one hour away, and the Atlantic Coast is even less. The subtropical climate is very warm and humid during the summertime. Scattered showers can move in and out very quickly and return back to a gorgeous, sunshiny day in the blink of an eye. Wintertime has warm days, mild evenings with little humidity and lots of sunshine.

  • The master bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a king bed and holds a private entrance into the covered lanai of the pool area. The master en-suite bathroom offers a deep tub for a late night retreat at your leisure. The second floor has 4 bedrooms. The 1st provides a queen bed with a view overlooking the vibrantly colorful street-scape of homes. The 2nd offers a cozy full bed and a view over the pool and conservation area. The 3rd comes with 2 twin beds also with a view of the pool and rustic conservation land. The 4th presents a set of bunk beds and Xbox 360 game console. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share an ensuite full bathroom while bedrooms 1 and 4 have shared access to a separate full bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV. Additionally, queen size air mattress available.

Beautiful,clean and very welcoming house.We loved it!!!!Two thumbs up!!!15 min. from Disney. Everything you need this house has.It was our pleasure to stay there.Owners are wondeful couple to deal with.Got my security deposit back less then week later. Thank you to the owners.Very secure area,very nice, beautiful and quiet community.We will go back again and again no doubt about it!!!

Three families shared this house for one week. The home was certainly big enough for us, we had 6 adults and 4 children. The layout of the bathrooms and bedrooms fit us perfectly. The TVs in each of the bedroom were great! The home had all the amenities that were listed online. We spent the days in the parks and by late afternoon we were back at the house. We actually decided to skip the parks one day and just enjoy the house! Very kid friendy between the pool and fabulous game room, our children couldn't decide which they preferred. The location of the home is ideal, not too far away. At ChampionsGate a few miles away there is a pizza place, chinese food, subway and a publix grocery store. Definately recommend all of them. All in all our whole family was very pleased with our stay! Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home!!! It made our vacation that much more relaxing and enjoyable.

Fantastic Vacation House!!!!

This house is a perfect place to stay on vacation especially if you like your privacy and lots of space, which we had plenty of both. The location was great as it was a short driving distance to Disney and Universal. The rooms were spotless. Beds are very comfortable. Pool and hot tub are in fantastic shape. The house also had the little extras to keep the kids from getting bored. If fact our youngest who is 9 years old was angry about the fact that we had to leave. He wanted to stay longer. I liked the fact that our 24 year old son, who is autistic also liked the place very much. He loved the pool table. He also had room to pace and unwind without bothering anyone else, this is something that he definitely can't do at a hotel or motel. The owners and management company was very easy to work with, and very easy to get a hold of when I had questions that needed answered. We would definitely like to come back next year and possibly bring more family members with us to enjoy this beautiful vacation home. Also when comparing to what it cost to stay at Disney on a resort, this house was very reasonable.

Great stay!

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice relaxing stay. Quiet, private area close enough to attractions to be convenient. The south facing pool with grill and no backyard neighbors was fabulous! Owners and management were very accomodating and efficient. From age 67 to 1, we had a great time!
