Our comfortable and roomy villa is ideal for family vacations, golf trips, or tennis get-aways. We are located mid-island in Inverness Village in Palmetto Dunes, a secure, gated community. The fully equipped kitchen features new granite counter tops, a sunny breakfast room with new furniture and a pass-through to the dining area. Both the dining area and the living area are spacious and comfortable with new furniture in the living room. All new wall to wall carpets throughout for November 2007! Our Villa offers a full-size washer and dryer. We have 4 TVs and 3 VCRs, DVD, and a CD/Stereo System. You can enjoy our 2 barbecue grills and table and chairs on the patio with a view of the 12th hole of the Fazio Golf Course. Inverness Village offers its own free tennis courts and a lovely full-sized pool, as well as a baby pool.

Lou and Anne,
The condo was perfect for our extended weekend visit this past Columbus day. It allowed for the kids to be put to bed and the Adults to keep visiting in the spacious downstairs. My brothers and sisters staying at local hotels were definitely envious of our accomodations relative to their own. We look forward to another visit as Grandpa's house no longer suits our capacity needs with 4 kids in tow!

we were at your cond twice this year Lou and had a great time both times ,, the first time was in Oct 08 and had 5 guys playing golf for the week and ten 2 weeks later back at the same golf but with 2 couples playing golf while the women went for walks . A short trip to Savanna to paul Deens Rest for brunch . we really enjoyed the atmosphere at your condo thanks again Lou look forward to seeing you next year at the EGolf tournament

Our family had a wonderful, unforgetable time the week of Memorial Day. Your home and all of the ammenities were wonderful. We all felt like we were home. The area was amazingly beautiful. We really enjoyed all of the wild life, especially the alligators. We have never had such a vacation as this and my family thanks you for the comforts of your home. We really enjoyed watching the golfers from the living room. It was funny to see people trying to get out of the sandpit. Words can't express the thanks that we have for allowing us this wonderful experience. We will definately be back hopefully soon.

We really liked staying in Anne and Lou's condo. We found all of the extra amenities very nice and extremely helpful. The place was spacious and we loved using the pool, tennis courts,bike paths, and the Dunes Buggy. Overall, we had a terrific time.
